While winter brings with it much joy able attractions, but this season can also be very difficult for those who are allergic to dry, warm clothing or pollen green this season.

 Experts say that the prevalence of allergies is very common in the winter, many people prefer to spend more time in the cold and dry weather due to 'indoor' allergies. 

Indoor allergies are usually dry. Air, dust in the air, pet hair in the house, excessive moisture in the house, and 'cockroach dropping' allergies.

To avoid or allergic to allergies, various coffee and tea should be used, including warm items in the winter. People with allergies should take steam.

 Keep yourself clean in the winter and use a good moisturizer on the skin. Cover the nose with a clean mask as you exit the house. Change clothes, home sheets, cushions, pillows every 10 to 15 days.

 Regularly clean pets at  home and vaccinate to prevent hair loss.
