 Some people think that just brushing to keep your teeth healthy is wrong whereas it is wrong because just brushing once a day will not only make your teeth healthy but it is important that we keep those bad habits away from your life. Leave all bad habits which affect our teeth.

There are many habits in our daily life that affect our health. In the same way, to avoid dental diseases and to maintain our dental health, we need to stay away from poor habits that affect our teeth.
1. Brush Before Going to Bed
Some people brush in the morning but relax in bed at night while brushing before bed at night is just as important as getting up in the morning because what we eat all day long

If we fall asleep without brushing it can cause toothache and can affect the health of our teeth as well, so it is important for healthy teeth to be brushed daily before going to bed. And make it your habit.
2. Smoking

Besides, smoking also damages the health of our teeth, leaving dark spots on our teeth.

3. Use of Too Many Soft Drinks


Excessive use of carbonated drinks and soft drinks can also be harmful to our teeth; they can damage our teeth and if there is any injury to the teeth, the drink does not recover quickly. Therefore, it is important to minimize the use of soft drinks in your diet.
4. Use of a Hard Brush If you use a stiff brush to brush your teeth, it will affect your gums and cause wounds in your mouth, so it is important to use a soft brush for a dental cleaning and in addition. 

5. Use Fluoridated Toothpaste

Fluoride hardens tooth enamel and reduces the risk of decay.
1.    Brush thoroughly and at least twice a day. Use fluoridated toothpaste to Protect  teeth from injury.
