Most people do not pay attention to foot care as compared to face and hands, while foot
massage has a positive
effect on health and well-being.
While the face, neck, hands
and arms are cared for and cleansed in order to refine their personality,
the same amount of time and attention is required for the feet, the feet are
the most neglected in the daily routine. This is not good for both health and
balance.
If not cleaned and
moisturized on a daily basis, the skin of the feet becomes black and rough. If
