    Most people do not pay attention to foot care as compared to face and hands, while foot 
massage has a positive effect on health and well-being. 
   
    While the face, neck, hands and arms are cared for and cleansed in order to refine their personality, the same amount of time and attention is required for the feet, the feet are the most neglected in the daily routine. This is not good for both health and balance.       
If not cleaned and moisturized on a daily basis, the skin of the feet becomes black and rough. If they are taken care of for 5 to 15 minutes daily, then the skin of the feet becomes soft and radiant. Including has a positive effect on personality.

a.    Scrubbing the feet eliminates dead skin cells, which also 
heals cracked heels quickly.
b.    Scrubbing the feet increases blood flow, reduces foot swelling, muscle tightness and stretching, and  helps keep the feet relaxed.
c.    Daily foot cleaning and care protects the feet from fungus and infection.
2. Home Remedies for Foot Massage
It is not necessary to go to a parlor for foot massage, the desired results can be achieved by making a scrub at home. Here are some home remedies that you will be surprised to see the results.
a.    To massage and scrub the feet, take 2 teaspoons of sugar and now add olive oil as required
 and massage the feet for 7 to 15 minutes and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse the feet with lukewarm water. Wash it. Any oil with sugar can be used to make foot scrubs.
b.   To whiten the complexion, grind rice and mix it with honey and almond oil, and now
massage with this scrub.
c.    If you feel tired, soak your feet in lukewarm water with a little salt
for 20 minutes and sit quietly, this will eliminate fatigue.d. Maintain excellent hygiene.e.Use a gentle soap, rinse your feet well after washing them, and dry them before putting on your socks.

1.    Wearing Comfortable Shoes


Always remember to wear shoes that you are comfortable in. Avoid wearing tight shoes as this may lead to skin infections or sores. Also avoid wearing high heels regularly as this may cause damage to the tissues and ligaments of your feet. Don’t share shoes.


4. Wearing socks

Socks are not only important to protect you from the cold but also to protect your feet against environmental damage. Socks shield the feet against dust and dirt which might stick to the cream applied on to the feet. They also protect against UV radiation.

5. Conclusion

Keep your feet clean. Wash them daily, and dry them off before putting on socks or shoes. If your skin is dry and prone to cracking, use a moisturizing cream on your feet at least once a day – but don't moisturize between your toes because it won't dry properly.
