Extend your sitting, waking and walking periods over time.

 2. Lose Weight by Exercise
If you want to look slim and fit on your wedding day, exercise is essential. Exercise not only reduces weight but also maintains fitness and function. Also, through this physical activity, the energy levels in the body increase.

Start exercising at least one to two months before the wedding. The exercise given below will require you only 14 minutes, and exercising during those few minutes will result in a significant reduction in your weight within a month. Allocate two minutes for each exercise. 

a. Squats
b. Jogging or climbing stairs and descending. 
c. Press up and press dip with a chair.
d. Jumping jacks.
e. Planks and Sit up.
A 30-second interval is required during each exercise. Exercise duration of 14 minutes in the first and second week,  while in the third and fourth weeks, the duration should be doubled, while the fifth and sixth-week sessions should be extended three times. 

Walk 20 minutes in the first two weeks, 30 minutes in the third and fourth weeks, and in the fifth and sixth weeks, the duration should be at least 40 minutes.

3. Diet plan
 Another important thing besides Exercise is your diet plan. Losing weight does not mean giving up eating and not providing the body with the necessary nutrients. That is why it is better to look healthy than to look lean in wedding videos or pictures.
