                 Mental Stress, a Serious Global Problem.
Finding moments of comfort in the everyday life of today's machine is becoming increasingly difficult. Our lifestyle (chaotic lifestyle), chaos and shortages of everything (time, resources, comfort, etc.) have stopped living our lives.




In this way, we see many people around us (ourselves, too) suffer from stress due to work problems, so some at home, family, and friends have been suffering from mental illness due to the poor health of their loved ones.





In fact, everyday small things can have a greater impact on our mood than we anticipate. One of the surprising things about mental or mental stress is that if one thinks that mental distress or stress can only be applied to poor people in poorer countries, then one should know that at any time, according to a new study. About 50% of US citizens suffer from moderate to severe depression.





Talking about mental stress issues globally, it is estimated that some 50 million people
in the world now suffer from some form of mental illness. Surveys conducted around the  world disturbing because of stress, psychological and mental disorders are on the rise in the world.


Types of Mental Stress
According to experts, not all tensions are compromised. There may also be some mental  tensions that make you motivated by being lazy, slothful and needless. This stress can be helpful and helpful in making you work more and show more performance.
   Not only this, the scale of stress is different for each individual depending on their personality. One thing that may be causing you stress is the same nature and the same intensity as someone else. 






However, whenever a person experiences mental stress, each person's body reacts to the same stress. Reaction to stress is the body's way of coping with difficult or difficult situations.
Mental stress can result in changes in the nervous system, hormones, respiratory and

Sweating starts to flow. This is a positive mental strain, which actually helps to improve performance. 
Negative stress

Negative emotions are extreme feelings, including anxiety, anger, fear, or constant irritability of mood. This kind of stress is not good and can cause serious problems in the long term. The effects of mental stress If the person continues to suffer from mental stress, he/she may be suffering from headaches, heart diseases as well as chronic diseases such as skin diseases, hypertension, asthma, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems, and joint pain.
